Jack Ryan is an Associate at Meister Seelig & Schuster, where he supports the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Crisis Management departments. His work includes legal research, drafting motions and memoranda, assisting with M&A due diligence, and reviewing complex commercial transactions. He has also contributed to trial preparation and litigation strategy, gaining practical experience in managing complex legal matters.

At Hofstra, he was active in the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, while also serving as a teaching assistant in Civil Procedure. Jack has further developed his legal skills through internships where he advised nonprofits and cooperatives on entity formation, tax exemption filings, and corporate compliance issues.
