Overview
Jared Grossman is an associate in Meister Seelig & Schuster’s Real Estate department. Jared has previously focused his practice on real estate transactions as well as complex securitizations and structured finance transactions involving commercial real estate assets. He has represented issuers, underwriters, and mortgage loan sellers in a broad range of commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), and CRE CLO transactions. His experience spans asset classes including consumer ABS, residential and commercial real estate, whole-loan issuances, and synthetic risk transfers.
