Henry Mazurek, Chair of our Criminal Defense & Government Investigations practice, has more than three decades of experience representing individuals in high-stakes federal and state investigations. He is widely respected for his strategic advocacy, securing declinations of prosecution, trial acquittals, and appellate reversals in complex white-collar matters across industries.
Jason Ser is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer with more than twenty years of experience in criminal defense and habeas litigation. He has served as lead trial counsel in numerous federal criminal trials and has successfully argued before the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Second and Ninth Circuits. His practice focuses on complex white-collar prosecutions, where he combines rigorous pre-trial advocacy with seasoned courtroom experience.
Ilana Haramati represents individuals and companies in high-stakes criminal matters and regulatory proceedings. Her practice includes securities, insider trading, bank fraud, healthcare fraud, tax fraud, bribery, and money laundering investigations. In addition Ilana serves on the Criminal Justice Act Panel for the Eastern District of New York, representing indigent defendants in federal court.
