Meister Seelig & Fein PLLC is seeking an experienced employment associate with (with 3+ years’ experience) with significant defense side employment litigation background, including harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour class action experience, and transactional employment advice experience (e.g., advice and counsel, policy and contract review, employee handbooks for multiple jurisdictions) to join our New York City practice. Experience with employment agreements, executive compensation, plaintiff side representation, labor experience and portable business all would be a plus but not required. *non-recruiter search*
All candidates must be admitted in New York (admission to Connecticut, New Jersey or California is a plus). Compensation will be between $160,000 and $210,000 and will be based on years of experience.
