Alexander Malbin

Alexander Malbin is Counsel in the Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation departments. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Miami, receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in 2006. Mr. Malbin obtained his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 2011.

Mr. Malbin previously worked with Jed Ferdinand at Ferdinand IP Law Group from January 2013 to January 2024.

His primary areas of practice are copyright, trademark, commercial litigation, and contract matters.
