Overview
Austin Kim is a commercial litigation partner in the New York office of Meister Seelig & Fein. Mr. Kim’s practice encompasses securities, contracts, partnerships and intellectual property litigation matters. Mr. Kim regularly represents financial institutions in fraud actions, commercial and residential real estate developers in breach of contract and professional negligence litigations as well as individual partners and shareholders in corporate disputes.

Represents residential and commercial real estate developers in construction defect litigation.
Represents partners and shareholders in corporate disputes, including disputes in connection with partnership buy-out litigation and breach of fiduciary duty claims.
Represents commercial landlords in landlord tenant actions.
Represents employees in wage claim litigations against employers for unpaid wages and benefits.
