Overview
Ben Goldstein is an associate in MSF’s Real Estate Department. He represents clients in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions and related matters, providing in-depth analysis and tailored guidance as a member of the firm’s real estate team.
Ben’s practice involves handling transactions such as the purchase and sale, financing, and leasing of commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use properties, as well as ground leases, with a focus on the New York City metropolitan area. He represents clients on both sides of these transactions, managing the drafting and review of documentation, leading negotiations, and assisting with financing arrangements when needed.
In addition to transactional work, Ben has extensive experience with corporate documentation, including entity formation, amendments to governing documents, and advising on optimal structures to meet client objectives. Before joining MSF, Ben honed these skills at multiple prominent New York City firms, where he developed a deep understanding of the real estate and corporate legal landscape.
