Benjamin Z. Bistricer is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Department at Meister Seelig & Schuster. He has extensive experience representing clients in complex litigation matters before state and federal courts, and his practice covers a wide range of commercial disputes, including those involving contracts, intellectual property, trade secrets, employment, and other business matters.

Mr. Bistricer’s broad litigation practice spans all stages of the dispute resolution process, from pre-suit strategy and discovery through trial. He has represented client across a variety of industries, including technology, entertainment, healthcare, and energy infrastructure.

Before joining Meister Seelig & Schuster, Mr. Bistricer practiced at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP in New York, and he provided strategic litigation and regulatory support to startups and mid-size firms.
