Overview
Corinne Avanzino joined MSF in 2021 as an Associate in the Taxation & Estates practice. Her work centers on trust and estate planning and administration, providing high-net-worth individuals and their families with comprehensive estate planning services. Ms. Avanzino helps clients develop and implement effective wealth transfer strategies, utilizing tax planning tools to protect and preserve assets across generations.
She takes a client-centered approach, emphasizing clear communication and individualized service. By closely understanding each client’s financial and familial circumstances, Ms. Avanzino ensures that every estate plan is thoughtfully tailored to meet specific needs and goals.
In addition to planning, Ms. Avanzino represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate and trust administration proceedings, from initial probate or administration filings through potential contested matters. She also assists clients with the preparation of Federal and State Estate and Generation-Skipping Transfer (GST) Tax Returns, as well as Gift and GST Tax Returns.
Ms. Avanzino earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School, her Bachelor of Science from Lehigh University, and her Master of Laws in Taxation from Queen Mary University of London. Before joining MSF, she was an Associate at a boutique trust and estates law firm, where she focused on litigation and administration.
