Evan Dreilinger is a Partner in the Real Estate Group at MSF. Evan routinely advises clients on sophisticated business and commercial real estate matters, including single asset and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions in all asset classes, capital formation, financings and restructurings, development, property and asset management matters, the formation and structuring of complex joint ventures and business partnerships and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining MSF, Evan was Executive Vice President, General Counsel of a privately held investment management firm, where he served on the Executive Committee and Investment Committee and was responsible for overseeing all legal and business affairs for the company, including the structuring, negotiation and execution of all strategic transactions for the company.
With a positive and practical approach to problem solving and a unique insight from having been on the business side for many years, Evan excels at reaching successful outcomes for partners and clients in their matters.
