Gaddi Goren

Gaddi Goren is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation group. Gaddi has a wealth of experience litigating and arbitrating all phases of commercial, business, and real estate disputes on behalf of his clients throughout the New York City area. Gaddi also handles appeals, which includes successfully securing a unanimous reversal before the New York State Court of Appeals, which is the highest court in New York State. And, while Gaddi has a reputation of zealously advocating for his clients, he is a resolution driven attorney that understands and appreciates the business component behind any litigation strategy.

In addition to litigating, Gaddi also represents corporate clients through the United States, including tech start-ups, general contractors, insurance agencies, coop and condo boards, real estate developers, restaurants, hotels, and entrepreneurs.
