Overview
Grace Monroy is an Associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation department. Her work primarily focuses on intellectual property enforcement, commercial litigation, and corporate matters for various fashion and consumer brand clients.
Prior to joining MSF, Ms. Monroy completed her legal studies at Fordham University School of Law, where she concentrated on intellectual property and fashion law. After graduation, she worked at a boutique IP law firm based in New York City, performing all matters relating to intellectual property enforcement, including in the TTAB, Federal Court litigation, and internet enforcement.
