Jason A. Grossman, a Partner in MSF’s Commercial Litigation group, is an accomplished litigator and business advisor with over 25 years of experience resolving complex commercial and real estate disputes at both the trial and appellate court levels. A master of civil procedure, Jason is recognized for devising innovative solutions to all phases of litigation in a broad range of high stakes commercial matters, including complex contract and fraud cases, claims for breach of fiduciary duty, business divorces, corporate control disputes, restrictive covenant/non-compete/employment issues, real estate litigation, and construction/project litigation. Jason represents banks, developers, cooperatives, condominiums, and commercial landlords/tenants in real estate matters, and counsels individual and corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies, insurance carriers, service providers, hospitality groups, and tech startups in a wide variety of commercial matters. Jason also currently serves as outsourced General Counsel to several boards, companies, and other organizations.
