Overview
Joaquin Ezcurra is Counsel in the Commercial Litigation department at Meister Seelig & Schuster. Mr. Ezcurra represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial and other litigation matters, including contract, real estate, insurance, employment, securities, matrimonial, and defamation disputes. He regularly advises businesses and individual clients on strategies to avoid future litigation, deal with pre-litigation matters and achieve favorable outcomes in active litigation.
Mr. Ezcurra’s experience includes disputes arising from breaches of contracts, commercial relationships, real estate transactions, landlord-tenant matters, employment discrimination claims, judgment enforcement, matrimonial matters and securities fraud claims involving allegations of unsuitable investments, churning, and unauthorized trading. He is skilled in all phases of litigation, including drafting motions and briefs, conducting depositions, managing discovery, advocating before state and federal courts and trial practice.
Mr. Ezcurra is fluent in Spanish.
