Overview
Kevin J. Quaratino is an Associate in the New York City office of Meister Seelig & Schuster and a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice. Mr. Quaratino focuses on high-stakes litigation in state and federal courts concerning a variety of matters including breach of contract, business torts, cross-border disputes, real estate disputes, and complex financial products. He represents plaintiffs and defendants at all stages of their litigation, and clients rely on him for his strategic counsel.

Prior Experience
Before joining MSS, Mr. Quaratino was an Associate at Foley & Lardner LLP from 2021 to 2026. There he represented plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigations concerning pharmaceutical sales, software subscriptions, Broadway tours, securities, labor and employment, and environmental remediation.
Prior to that, Mr. Quaratino served as a law clerk to the Honorable Andrea Masley in the New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division from 2018-2020. He assisted Justice Masley by drafting decisions concerning shareholder derivative actions, transactions arising out of dealings with commercial banks and other financial institutions or involving commercial real property, the Securities Act of 1933, intellectual property, defamation and other business torts.
Earlier in his career, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Eileen Rakower in the New York State Supreme Court General IAS Part from 2017-2018. There he drafted decisions involving state regulations and agencies, residential real estate disputes, attorney malpractice, medical malpractice, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty.
