Marina Tarasova is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation group in the firms New York office. She has 20+ years of international legal experience, advising clients on complex commercial disputes, corporate governance issues, and cross-border transactions.
Before joining MSS, Marina maintained a diverse practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, asset sales, and large-scale debt restructurings across the U.S., Europe, and Russia. She has represented clients in matters spanning transportation and logistics, consumer brands, financial services, and technology, and has advised both public and private companies.
Marina is admitted to practice in New York, England and Wales, and Russia. She earned her LL.M. in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law and graduated with distinction from Moscow State University School of Law. She is fluent in English and Russian and proficient in German.
