Michael Sabony

Michael Sabony is an Associate in the firm’s Trust & Estates department representing public and private entities in complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts. A former partner at a boutique litigation firm and tax counsel to New Jersey municipalities, he handles all stages of litigation and drafts contracts, settlement agreements, and real estate documents.

He develops practical strategies tailored to each client’s goals and risk tolerance, combining sound counsel with strong advocacy to achieve efficient resolutions.

After law school, Michael clerked for the Honorable Christine M. Nugent, J.T.C., of the New Jersey Tax Court.
