Milton Otto is Counsel in MSF’s Commercial Litigation Group. He handles a wide range of commercial disputes in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate level, as well as international arbitration. Mr. Otto has extensive experience in commercial real estate litigation, commercial lending, and intellectual property disputes, including copyright and trademark litigation in the music, media, and fashion industries.
