Nicholas Divittorio is an Associate in the Taxation & Estate practice group at MSF, focusing on probate and estate administration for complex and sensitive estates.

Prior to joining MSF, Mr. Divittorio was an Associate at a boutique law firm concentrating in estate planning, administration, and estate litigation.

Mr. Divittorio is a graduate of the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he was a member of the Hofstra Law Dispute Resolution Society and engaged in estate planning course work under Hon. Edward W. McCarty, III, former Nassau County Surrogate. During law school, Mr. Divittorio also served as Judicial Intern to Hon. Joseph F. Bianco, United States Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit, where he provided legal memoranda and opinions for the consideration of Judge Bianco.

Mr. Divittorio’s familiarity and discerning understanding of Surrogate’s Court practices with respect to estates and probate matters provides MSF clients with a notable wealth of knowledge.
