Mr. Jancasz is a Partner in MSS’s Commercial Litigation Group. He focuses his practice on commercial disputes, including breach of contract, employment related claims, fraud, unfair trade practices, breach of fiduciary duty and other business torts. Mr. Jancasz has extensive experience in commercial real estate litigation and defense of consumer protection claims. He has appeared before federal courts throughout the United States and the state courts of New York and Illinois. He has also represented clients in alternative dispute resolution forums, including arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Jancasz represents businesses in all stages of litigation, from the preparation of pleadings through discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial, and subsequent appellate proceedings.
