A Delaware federal jury has awarded MSS client Osseo Imaging $2.3 million in its infringement suit against Planmeca USA
A Delaware federal jury has awarded MSS client Osseo Imaging $2.3 million in its infringement suit against Planmeca USA over technology for dental imaging, determining Monday that Planmeca infringed three Osseo patents and that the patents were valid.
MSS Intellectual Property Partner Seth Ostrow was quoted by Law360, “we are pleased the jury recognized Dr. Ronald Massie’s significant contribution to the field of dental imaging.”
