Congratulations to the Litigation Team

Congratulations to our litigation department, led by Jeff Schreiber and Kevin Fritz, in successfully representing an elderly grantor of three irrevocable trusts in a bitter litigation with his family member trustees who sought to prevent our client from exercising his right to reacquire the property he had originally deposited in the trusts. As a result of an expedited hearing, a thoroughly prepared expert retained by MSS, and MSS’s highly effective cross-examination of the opposing expert, which cross-examination the judge expressly cited in his opinion, team MSS prevailed, saving our client millions of dollars.
