Congratulations to our litigation and patent group including Jeff Weingart, Eugene Meyers, Christina Vernaschi for their victory in Federal Court on behalf of our client, one of the largest suppliers in the U.S. of vacuum cleaner bags and filters, in obtaining summary judgment on the claims of certain competitors that our client had infringed their patents and misappropriated their trade secrets by, inter alia, having a Chinese supplier utilize plaintiffs’ alleged proprietary tooling and molds to manufacture vacuum cleaner parts.
