He has represented clients in federal and state courts across the U.S., particularly in New York and Illinois, and in alternative dispute resolutions like arbitration and mediation. In his new role as Partner, Rick will continue to drive excellence, mentor our growing team, and deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Caitlin represents individuals and companies in complex commercial litigation matters, including class actions, involving contract disputes, business torts, consumer disputes, and real estate disputes, in state and federal court, at trial and appellate levels, from inception through trial or settlement.  In her new role as Counsel, Caitlin will continue to deliver the highest level of service to our clients on challenging litigation matters.
