Cherit, Stellar land $714 Million Refi for UES Luxury Buildings

On Friday, May 13, 2022, Meister Seelig & Schuster, PLLC Real Estate Partner & Co-Chair, Scott Newmark, co-represented a joint venture between MSS’s client Stellar Management and the Chetrit Group in connection with a $714 million refinancing of Yorkshire Towers and Lexington Towers, two luxury buildings on the Upper East Side.
