Meister Seelig & Schuster is pleased to announce that Partner and Chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group, Jed Ferdinand, has been engaged by Wolters Kluwer to assume authorship of several leading intellectual property titles featured within VitalLaw Expert AI, its advanced legal research platform.
A nationally recognized authority on intellectual property licensing, commercialization, and litigation, Jed brings extensive experience advising clients on complex transactions and disputes across industries. In addition to his practice, he serves as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law, where he teaches intellectual property and commercialization.
In this role, Jed will oversee a suite of prominent treatises and journals, including Licensing Royalty Rates, Licensing Update, License Agreements: Forms and Checklists, Trademark & Copyright Disputes, Drafting Internet Agreements, IP Litigator, and The Licensing Journal, all of which are available through VitalLaw Expert AI.
