MSS represented client, Eagle Rock Properties, in its successful closing on November 17th of a half a billion-dollar ($500M) acquisition of 1,314 garden apartments around the Northeast region. Robert Portegello was lead counsel with Jim Hausman of Eagle Rock and navigated a complicated 5 property acquisition across two states and two different lenders. Congrats to all.
