MSS Welcomes Corporate Counsel Eric Roth to the Firm

MSS welcomes Corporate Counsel, Eric Roth. Eric joins MSS from Health Care Navigator (HCN) where he was President and has been involved in all aspects of management and strategy of multiple large healthcare services companies over the past 15 years. In addition, Eric has been involved in diligence and large-scale transactional work within multiple industries and representing investors, venture capital, private equity and hedge funds, and operating companies for more than 25 years. He holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Brandeis University.
