We are pleased to announce that Jack Ryan, has joined MSF as a Law Clerk supporting our Commercial Litigation and Corporate Departments.

Jack’s responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting motions, preparing for trial, and assisting with litigation strategy. He also supports the Corporate Department with M&A due diligence and commercial transaction review.

While at Hofstra University School of Law, Jack was active in the Sports & Entertainment Law Society and served as a Teaching Assistant in Civil Procedure. He also gained valuable experience advising nonprofits and cooperatives on entity formation, tax exemption filings, and corporate compliance.
