Meister Seelig & Schuster Welcomes Morgan M. Hotmer to Taxation & Estates Practice

Meister Seelig & Schuster (MSS) is pleased to welcome Morgan M. Hotmer as an Associate in the firm’s Taxation & Estates practice.

Morgan focuses her practice on estate planning, working closely with individuals and families to develop comprehensive estate plans tailored to their unique goals, circumstances and long-term needs.

She has experience drafting a wide range of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, living wills, powers of attorney and advanced directives. Morgan also assists clients with the important process of implementing and funding their estate plans, including coordinating beneficiary designations, deed transfers, retirement account updates, life insurance changes and property re-titling.

Prior to entering private practice, Morgan gained experience through legal internships focused on estate planning and family law, assisting attorneys with client counseling, legal research, document preparation and court proceedings.

Morgan earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where she received a Merit Scholarship and served as a representative for both the First Generation Law Students Association and the Pace Tax and Estate Planning Society. She earned her B.S. from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania and was admitted to practice in New York in 2025.

We are excited to welcome Morgan to MSS and look forward to the contributions she will make to our growing Taxation & Estates practice.
