Meister Seelig & Schuster Welcomes Three Law Clerks to Its Growing Team

Meister Seelig & Schuster, PLLC (MSS) is pleased to welcome Gwyneth Tefft, Keyana Griffith, and Isabella R. Schaetzle as Law Clerks. Each brings a strong academic background, diverse legal experience, and a commitment to excellence that will further support the firm’s growing practice areas and client service capabilities.

All three previously participated in MSS’s Summer Associate Program, gaining firsthand experience working alongside the firm’s attorneys on a broad range of legal matters. Their continued roles with the firm reflect MSS’s commitment to developing emerging legal talent and fostering long-term professional growth.

Gwyneth Tefft supports the firm’s litigation practice, assisting attorneys with complex commercial disputes, employment matters, construction-related matters, and tort litigation. She brings significant litigation experience from her previous roles at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where she worked on entertainment litigation and arbitration involving major media companies. Gwyneth also served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Carol B. Amon of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as Executive Notes & Articles Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal and published scholarly work examining cryptocurrency regulation.

Keyana Griffith supports the firm’s Real Estate practice, drawing on experience spanning commercial litigation, employment law, real estate, trusts and estates, and criminal defense. Prior to joining MSS, she gained litigation experience at Harrington, Ocko & Monk, LLP and through internships with the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office. During law school, Keyana served as a Student Attorney with Brooklyn Law School’s Housing Justice Clinic, advocating for low-income tenants facing eviction. She earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she held a leadership position in the Student Bar Association and actively mentored first-generation law students.

Isabella R. Schaetzle supports the firm’s Litigation and Crisis Management practices, assisting with legal research, case strategy, discovery, and litigation preparation. Her experience includes work with National Grid’s in-house legal department and Hofstra Law’s Youth Advocacy Clinic. Before entering the legal profession, Isabella worked as a Division I Athletic Academic Advisor at James Madison University, bringing a unique perspective shaped by her background in collegiate athletics. She earned her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she held several leadership positions, received the Best Overall Advocate Award, and was named a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Scholar.

“We are proud to welcome Gwyneth, Keyana, and Isabella as they continue their professional journeys with MSS,” said Mark Seelig, Managing Partner. “Having worked with each of them through our Summer Associate Program, we have seen firsthand their dedication, initiative, and potential.”

The addition of these talented Law Clerks underscores MSS’s continued investment in strengthening its legal teams, cultivating emerging talent, and delivering exceptional service to clients across its diverse practice areas.
