Chair of MSS’s Matrimonial and Family Law department, Sam Ferrara’s experience makes him an invaluable asset in providing legal counsel in family and matrimonial matters. He offers representation to a diverse clientele, addressing an array of matrimonial and family law concerns.

Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Group, Matthew Kasindorf counsels clients in the formation, syndication, acquisition, financing, development, sale, and leasing of all real estate asset classes. With extensive experience in crafting joint ventures and investment funds, he handles single asset and portfolio real estate acquisitions and sales. Along with his work at MSS, Matthew is a popular professor in NYU’s Master’s Degree Program, the Schack Institute of Real Estate.

An accomplished criminal defense lawyer, Henry Mazurek is a strategic thinker who aims to preserve his clients’ reputation and livelihood. Representing executives in Fortune 500 companies, members of Boards of Directors of public and private companies, and professional athletes, he has achieved multiple trial acquittals and reversals of convictions on appeal.
