MSF is thrilled to congratulate three of our attorneys on being recognized in “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America 2025.” Andrea Brodie has been honored for Family Law, Matthew Quirin was recognized for Construction Law and Construction Litigation, and Jamie Rosen was highlighted for Elder Law and Health Care Law. 

With a professional journey marked by extensive experience in family and matrimonial cases, Andrea Brodie is committed to each and every one of her clients’ success. Andrea is an active member of various legal organizations and associations, such as the Nassau County Bar Association, the Nassau County Women’s Bar Association, and the New York Family Law American Inn of Court. 

As Counsel in MSF’s Real Estate and Commercial Litigation departments, Matthew Quirin represents owners and developers in all phases of their major construction projects. He is an experienced litigator who was named a Rising Star by New York Metro Super Lawyers in 2023. His experience encompasses representing owners and developers in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts as well as through alternative dispute resolution. 

Partner and Chair of MSF’s Mental Health Law Group, Jamie Rosen has extensive experience in crisis management, civil litigation, and negotiations specific to adult guardianship proceedings and mental health hearings. She is an active member of the Nassau County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York. She has received a variety of honors, such as being named in Long Island Business News’ 40 Under Forty, Super Lawyers’ New York Metro Rising Stars, and Hofstra University’s Outstanding Women in Law.
