We are proud to announce that Jamie Rosen, Partner and Chair of the Firm’s Mental Health Law Group, has been named one of Long Island Business News’ 2024 Who’s Who: Women in Professional Services. This recognition highlights Jamie’s dedication to advocating for individuals and families dealing with serious mental illness and substance use disorders.
With over a decade of experience in mental health law, Jamie handles complex matters including adult guardianship proceedings, Mental Hygiene Warrant hearings, and Family Offense/Order of Protection cases. She also brings valuable expertise from her previous work representing healthcare professionals and major hospital systems in psychiatric treatment hearings and Kendra’s Law applications.
In addition to her leadership in mental health law, Jamie is a member of MSF’s Taxation & Estates and Litigation Groups. She advises fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate administration, contested probate, and related Surrogate’s Court disputes.
