Brady Berman

Brady Berman is a corporate attorney in the New York office of Meister Seelig & Schuster, PLLC. Mr. Berman’s practice focuses on securities law, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.

Mr. Berman represents public and privately held companies in a broad range of corporate and securities matters. He has experience representing issuers in registered public offerings and private placements, including registered direct offerings, at-the-market offerings and PIPE transactions. Mr. Berman also advises public companies with respect to SEC reporting and compliance matters and has experience with registration statements, periodic and current reports, proxy materials and other securities filings.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Berman practiced at a nationally recognized corporate and securities law firm, where he focused on capital markets transactions, SEC reporting and compliance, and other corporate and securities matters.
