Prior to joining MSS, Charlotte worked at an employment boutique where she defended employers in discrimination, harassment, and wage & hour matters in federal and state courts and before agencies, represented employers and employees in employment, severance, and restrictive covenant agreement negotiations, and advised on employment law compliance. Charlotte also has presented several employment webinars and provided custom training sessions to employers.
