Eric M. Roth

Eric Roth is Partner in MSS’s Corporate Department. Prior to joining MSS, Mr. Roth was President of a family-office health care services enterprise where he was involved in all aspects of management and strategy and completed more than $1B of acquisitions. In addition, he has served as the Chair of the Private Equity and Venture Capital practice group of a multinational law firm. Mr. Roth’s experience covers more than 25 years of large and small scale transactional work across multiple industries, real estate leasing, strategic initiatives, complex structuring, and general counsel-type services to investors, lenders, real estate developers, and operating companies ranging from early-stages through exit transactions.
