Meister Seelig & Schuster, PLLC is pleased to announce that the firm represented Great American Holdings, LLC (“GA Group”) in its acquisition of CBC Group, LLC (“CBC Group”), a respected field-examination company serving the asset-based lending industry since 2002. This strategic acquisition marks a significant expansion of GA Group’s national capabilities. CBC Group brings a seasoned team of nearly 40 field examiners, all of whom will join and integrate into the GA Group platform, further strengthening the company’s presence across North America, including expanded operational reach into Canada.
