MSS Partner Robin Topol closed a deal last week for a 6,566-square-foot space on the 14th floor of the 20-story Chelsea office building located at 80 Eighth Avenue (between West 14th & 15th Streets) The space will be the new home for The Esther A. and Joseph Klingenstein Fund. The new lease covers 10 years, and the space has views of the West Village and the meatpacking district, and a large conference room for board and donor meetings. Congrats Robin!
