MOTION TO DISMISS GRANTED! MSS Litigation and Taxation & Estates team led by Special Counsel, Sara Triplett, prepared a motion to dismiss on a Plaintiff’s half dozen counts in a hotly-contested trust and estates litigation matter. Judge Leonard Steinman of the Nassau Supreme Court granted our Motion to Dismiss in its ENTIRETY! This was a protracted family dispute spanning several years. The Order on the motion to dismiss effectively put an end to the ongoing family squabble. Included on the team was MSS Founder & Litigation Partner Thomas Friedman, as contributing editor of the papers and Litigation Paralegal, Devorah Hirsch. Taxation & Estates Chair, Brenda Crandell said, “I characterized Sara’s papers as the best I’ve read in a very long time both in substance and form.”
