Rick specializes in complex commercial disputes, with significant expertise in breach of contract claims, business torts, commercial real estate litigation, shareholder derivative suits, securities litigation, unfair trade practices and other consumer protection claims, trade secret misappropriation, and disputes arising from the sale of businesses and non-compete claims. He has represented clients in federal and state courts across the U.S., particularly in New York and Illinois, and in alternative dispute resolutions like arbitration and mediation. In his new role as Partner, Rick will continue to drive excellence, mentor our growing team, and deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Caitlin represents individuals and companies in complex commercial litigation matters, including class actions, involving contract disputes, business torts, consumer disputes, and real estate disputes, in state and federal court, at trial and appellate levels, from inception through trial or settlement.
