We’re pleased to welcome Alex Locke to the firm as an Associate in our Intellectual Property Group.
Alex brings a wealth of experience advising clients on intellectual property, technology, and commercial transactions across industries such as media, gaming, entertainment, fashion, financial services, and emerging technologies. His work includes complex IP licensing, SaaS and platform agreements, and structuring innovative commercial deals in areas like Web3, AI/ML, and digital platforms.
Alex has served as General Counsel of a high-growth media and tech company and practiced at an Am Law 50 firm. He also founded a successful consumer product licensing company focused on digital asset commercialization.
We’re thrilled to have Alex on board and look forward to the impact he’ll make across our client matters and firm initiatives.
