MSS Welcomes Litigation Counsel Richard T. Lobas
Commercial Litigation
Richard T. Lobas is Counsel in Meister Seelig & Schuster, PLLC’s Commercial Litigation Department. He focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes, representing corporate and professional clients in state and federal courts and in alternative dispute resolution forums.
Richard has extensive experience defending a broad range of clients, including broker-dealers, alternative energy companies, lawyers, architects, engineers, physicians, real estate professionals, and other businesses and professionals. His work spans class actions, multi-party litigation, administrative investigations and proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
He maintains a particular focus on competition-related matters, including statutory and contractual claims involving trade secrets and restrictive covenants, and regularly litigates under the Defend Trade Secrets Act.
Richard has significant trial and arbitration experience, including jury trials in state and federal courts and proceedings before AAA and FINRA. He has also successfully briefed and argued appeals in state and federal appellate courts nationwide.
