MSS welcomes Partner, Jamie A. Rosen as a member of the Litigation and T&E Practice Groups. Ms. Rosen will be spearheading the firm’s new Mental Health Law practice dedicated to serving individuals and families struggling with serious mental illness and/or alcohol/substance use disorders. Her experience in crisis management, civil litigation, and negotiations specific to mental health issues includes adult guardianship proceedings, Mental Hygiene Warrant hearings, and Family Offense/Order of Protection proceedings, among others. At MSS, Jamie’s practice also extends into trusts and estates, particularly estate litigation, representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate and trust administration matters, probate contests, discovery proceedings, accounting proceedings, and related disputes in Surrogate’s Court.
