MSS is pleased to announce its representation of Great American Group, an industry-leading provider of advisory, valuation, field exam, liquidation, and real estate services, and majority-owned by funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. (“Oaktree”), in connection with the acquisition of G2 Capital Advisors, a leading investment banking and financial advisory firm focused on the middle market.
The transaction further expands Great American Group’s platform and capabilities within the financial services and advisory space.
