MSF represented client DMI Music & Media Networks in its sale to Stingray Group Inc., a transaction that significantly expands Stingray’s U.S. in-store audio advertising network by more than 8,500 retail locations. The deal brings together DMI’s music branding and retail media expertise with Stingray’s scale and technology, strengthening the combined company’s position as a leader in point-of-sale audio engagement, particularly in the national pharmacy channel.
