MSS Welcomes Litigation Associate Benjamin Z. Bistricer

We are proud to announce that Benjamin Z. Bistricer has joined Meister Seelig & Schuster, PLLC as an Associate in our Commercial Litigation Department. Benjamin’s wide-ranging litigation experience, from contract matters to trade secrets, intellectual property, and employment disputes, complements MSS’s mission to provide deeply commercial, highly effective legal advocacy.
His journey to MSS includes formative years at top-tier firms Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP, where he advised startups and growing businesses on regulatory and litigation risks. With this background, he fits naturally into MSS’s entrepreneurial spirit.
Benjamin earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his undergraduate degree at Brandeis University, where he laid the intellectual foundations for a career in complex business litigation.
